Session Canceled
The following Annual Conference session has been canceled:
3226 -- 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Cultural Competence: Reducing the Effects of Racism and Poverty on Achievement.
What? Possibly the most impoortant session of all, and it was cancelled. Is that because it was decided that nothing could really be done in this area? How sad. More likely, someone was sick, or whatever. But, how about sending me a copy of the papers from this session? I would appreciate it silnce I do research in these areas, and work at a Hispanic-serving university.
